Residual Income!

That's right! Every licensed employee in our company has the ability to recruit loan officers and make perpetual residual overrides on their business as a team leader. The overrides are ongoing as long as a recruited loan officer is with the company. There are no quotas required to receive overrides, however, team leaders are required to originate loans themselves in order to continue to qualify for residuals. Overrides are only available to team leaders on open-end mortgages.

Opportunities Available in Texas:

Reverse Mortgage Specialist - Candidates should have strong oral presentation skills, be professional in appearance and in manner, and must be comfortable making presentations to senior homeowners. Working on the phone is essential! All reverse loan officers hired by Senior Freedom Inc. can earn residual income by recruiting new loan officers. A proven sales background is helpful but not mandatory. Training from two of the most experienced Reverse Mortgage Professionals in the industry will be provided. Applicants must either be licensed in the NMLS system or must take the required courses and exams needed to become licensed.  We can help you through the education, testing, and licensing process.

Reverse Mortgage Managers and Team Leaders - Candidates should have the ability to recruit and manage others, be professional in appearance and in manner, and must be experienced with reverse mortgage products.

ALREADY EXPERIENCED AND CAN MANAGE YOURSELF? - There are programs for the experienced reverse originator who does not need any assistance in the marketing of their business.
